My experience for the day

 Today I woke up at 1 AM, and I was trying to figure out why I was awake during this time, but I never get up at this time, so I got onto my Gran Turismo game, and ran a tuning lobby, a friend that I had not seen in a while, joined my lobby. 

I offered him help if he needed it, and it was the first time that he did. And we talked for at least an hour and a half. And it was really neat to get to know him on a personal level not just on a gaming level.

I then left for the pool at 7 AM,  I talk to some really good friends in the pool, and it was really neat to see how they are improving. It was the first time I’ve ever seen them walk the entire length of the pool by themselves. I am so proud of them.

They also gave me really good advice about things that I was contemplating for the day

While I was at the pool, a friend of mine called and invited me to lunch, so I drove home and on the way home I got inspired to buy a breakfast burrito, and in my mind I’m thinking why I’m going out to lunch,but I bought it.

And I drove around for an hour, looking for the person who I’m supposed to get this burrito to because I wasn’t gonna eat it. I was going out with a friend.

About 10 minutes before my lunch appointment, I drove down the back alley of a store, and I noticed a guy open up his hood, and he had antifreeze in his hand, I drove over to him and asked if he needed help, and he said I just barely opened up my hood. It is amazing that you were here this quick. I actually don’t need help but thank you.

And then I said well, how about I make your day better?  He said, how can you do that?  I said well here is a breakfast burrito I just bought I don’t know why I bought it but it’s for somebody.  And he said I just finished eating.  But there is a gentleman in that store. He’s got a really big burly beard and he looks like a mean guy but he is an amazing manager.  He said I’m sure he will eat it go give it to him….

So I did.. I walked into the store and said pointing at the guy you must be the owner because you’ve got a really big beard,,, there is a guy out in your parking lot that is having car problems, but he does not need help,however, he said that you are an amazing manager, and he wanted me to give you this burrito and thank you for your kindness… 

And then I turned around and walked away…

I don’t know his reaction. I don’t know what he thought afterwards but it was just fun giving the burrito and saying it was the other guy giving it to him.

I then went out to lunch with my friend and he brought me one of the biggest burgers I’ve eaten in a long time it was great..

And while we were talking, we were talking about my baptism coming up,, and I have a brother that says he will not go dressed up in a tie unless it’s of a frog or a bird,, so for the past month, I have been looking in every second hand store, looking for a frog or a bird tie…. I was amazed the aquarium didn’t have one. I’ve looked everywhere other than online because I wanted to find one personally for him.

My dear brother that took me out to the restaurant recommended a Tie place, and luckily enough, they actually had one bird tie,  but it is of a dead chicken hanging upside down,   so I bought it for him…so now he has no reason why he can’t come to my baptism. I look forward to seeing him in the upside down chicken Tie….
